Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

P. Neupane CPA is seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for a full-time, permanent position. The CPA will provide accounting, tax, consulting, and assurance services to clients and will supervise accountants and auditors.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Perform business valuation and consulting services.
• Conduct and prepare feasibility studies, including financial analysis and projections.
• Develop and review business plans and related financial projections.
• Prepare federal and state tax returns and provide tax planning and advisory services.
• Perform and supervise financial statement attestation engagements.
• Conduct and supervise compliance audits in accordance with applicable professional standards and requirements.
• Perform and oversee payroll processing and related payroll tax compliance.
• Assist clients with business setup, registration, organizational structure, and related accounting matters.
• Supervise accountants and auditors, including reviewing their work and providing guidance to ensure timely and accurate completion of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• Professional experience in accounting, taxation, auditing, and/or consulting.
• Knowledge of federal and state tax requirements and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and client-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet professional deadlines.
• Ability to supervise and work effectively with accounting and audit staff.
